as you can see the creation process is in some cases similar to genetic mutation (ok... more like some genetic experiments in a radioactive environment but you get the idea)
It reminds me of the university and my professor at "creativity methods". He called such combos, between two objects "the binom of fantasy". I was thinking... you`d probably make a sculpture out of this, like the "Time eccentric", so I can`t help but share an idea for the waves - you could use resin. I`ve seen several water like effects made out of resin and the result was magnificent. And since the figure on your picture is asian and the main color is green well... it so much resembles these ancient jade statues, which the Chinese were making centuries ago. Molding it out of resin will make it look just like these statues (if the resin is colored green of course ).
thanks yes I already had that idea to make it out of green translucent resin for the jade effect it's the idea I started with for the other two works but till now I haven't used molding and casting techniques so I'll have to research them a bit and start working in WED clay or Chavant
this year I'll be working more on my digital sculpting app. for my PhD, it's something like ZBrush, and I'm planning to do it first in that one but... we'll see
